Click here to get Microsoft’s Anti-Spyware. You’ll have to let it authenticate your copy of Windows, but that is easy enough!

Also don’t forget to run a defrag. (Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Disk Defragmenter.) That way if you call up your desktop support guy and he says to “defrag your computer” you can tell him you just did that!
